€5,000

Excl. VAT, all included, paid in three instalments

  • In production in 30 days
  • Code and documentation in your name
  • Fixed price, written scope
  • 3 spots at this price

You've tried before, and it didn't work

Agencies

Six months and a steering committee

You get billed for meetings before the first line of code. You want a live product in front of real users, not a calendar of status updates.

The cheapest bid

The prototype that never ships

It runs on the developer's laptop and nowhere else. No tests, no documentation, nothing anyone can take over: you end up paying someone else to do it all again.

No-code

The glass ceiling

With ten users, it holds. With five hundred, the bill explodes, the simplest business rule becomes impossible, and you can't export anything anymore.

Half price for the first three

I'm looking for 3 recent references I can show with real numbers. The work delivered is exactly the same: it's the number of spots that's limited, not what you get.

−50%Usual price: €10,000

€5,000

Excl. VAT, all included. Delivered in 30 days, 2 rounds of corrections included. You save €5,000.

Offer reserved for businesses and founders setting up a company. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Paid in three instalments

  1. 30%€1,500On order, once the scope is signed
  2. 40%€2,000Halfway, with a usable version in acceptance testing
  3. 30%€1,500On delivery, once in production

One fixed package, written up front

No time and materials, no overruns, no surprise on the invoice. If the scope changes along the way, we sign a priced change order. Otherwise, the price doesn't move by a single euro.

  • Written scoping and mockups of the key screens
  • Full development: interface, server, database
  • iOS and Android mobile app from a single codebase
  • Publishing on the App Store and Google Play Store
  • User accounts and online payments
  • Production launch, domain name and certificates
  • Technical documentation and user guide
  • Source code transferred to your Git repository
  • 2 rounds of corrections after acceptance testing

Showing what's not included as clearly as the rest is what keeps the package intact the day someone comes back asking for "just one small addition".

After delivery

Nothing is mandatory. You can leave with the code and never hear from me again.

Maintenance

€400/month

No commitment, cancel any time. You decide at delivery, not before.

  • Hosting and domain name maintained
  • Bug fixes guaranteed within 48 business hours
  • Security and dependency updates
  • Daily backups, restore included
  • 2 change requests per month

Referral

€200/month

The client you bring me signs the package. The discount applies from the first monthly payment after your referred client signs. As long as your maintenance stays active, you keep this rate.

  • Standard rate: €400 per month
  • With a signed referred client: €200 per month
  • Exactly the same service at both rates

New features

€300/day

Anything that wasn't in the scoping is priced in days, with a quote before work starts. The rate is public so there's nothing to negotiate.

  • New features (at the day rate)
  • Visual redesign
  • Third-party costs passed on at cost (APIs, storage, email sending)

How it works

  1. 01

    Written scoping

You describe your project in writing, I reply in writing. Together we pin down what your product does, and above all what it doesn't. You get a priced scope, whether you sign it or not.

  2. 02

    You approve, you pay 30%

The scope is frozen and dated. From then on, the 30-day clock is running and the price no longer moves.

  3. 03

    You follow progress live

A client area where you see what's done, where you write to me, where everything is timestamped. No weekly meeting to sit through.

  4. 04

    Production launch, turnkey

The code, the documentation and the access are in your name. You take it with you, or you keep me on for maintenance.

Finished products, not mockups

Three projects designed and built end to end. The first one is live today at flowear.app: it's the same work as the one you're buying.

Flowear Studio page

Live SaaS

Flowear

A platform of specialised AIs: accounts, subscriptions, a creator space, a back office, five languages.

Rivoza home screen on iPhone, "For you" video feed

Mobile app

Rivoza

A peer-to-peer marketplace: video feed, listing flow, messaging, moderation. iOS and Android.

Rems home page

AI assistant

Rems

A local assistant that sees the screen and acts on the computer. Desktop app, sales site, licences.

What people ask me before signing

A SaaS in 30 days, seriously?
Yes, on one condition: a frozen scope. A project almost never slips because the developer is slow, but because the scope keeps growing along the way. That's why the scoping is written down and every addition goes through a change order.
Why half price right now?
Because I need three recent references I can show with real numbers. Once those three spots are gone, the package goes back to its listed price. It's not a permanent discount, and the work delivered is exactly the same.
Why this price and not €1,500?
At €1,500, you get a prototype. Here you get a product in production: authentication, payments, database, backups, documentation. Writing code isn't the expensive part. Making it hold up the day your customers show up is.
Web or mobile app?
Both, and often both together. A single codebase serves iOS and Android, with App Store and Play Store publishing included in the package. That's how Rivoza runs. If your needs don't justify an app, I'll tell you: a website is enough more often than people think, and it costs less to keep running.
What if you disappear halfway through?
The code is in your Git repository from the first week, the access is in your name, and the documentation is written as we go. At any point, another developer can take over without starting from scratch.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Two rounds of corrections are included once the product is in acceptance testing. More importantly, the last third is only paid once the product is in production: you only pay the balance if it works.
Do you keep any rights to the code?
None. The code, the brand and the data are yours, without reservation, as soon as the balance is paid. I don't resell anything and I don't reuse your product.
Do I need to know how to code?
No, that's actually the starting assumption. You bring the business knowledge and the decisions, I turn them into a product. You'll never be asked to speak jargon.

Everything in writing, no commitment

Tell me about your project in a few sentences. I reply in writing within one business day, and if it doesn't fit the package, I'll tell you straight. All the follow-up happens in writing, in your Flowear workspace.

Who it is for, the problem it solves, and what the user needs to be able to do. A few sentences are enough.

A launch date, a trade show, a funding round: whatever constrains your timeline.

Free, no commitment. I reply in writing within one business day.
